Preservation

Art Well Managed brings expertise, knowledge, and a patient approach to ensure that every piece of Public Art is treated with the care it deserves.

Customized Maintenance Estimates

We provide customized maintenance estimates based on the specific requirements of each public art installation. Whether you are looking for a one time cleaning or a ongoing maintenance and inspection plan, we will come up with a fair and comprehensive plan for your collection.

How Does it Work?

An Arts Manager will meet you for a site visit to view and take photos and notes of the Public Art piece(s) and provide a quote within 48 hours. If you decide to proceed, a contract will be sent. Upon complete execution of the contract, an invoice for a 50% deposit will be sent, and a date for cleaning will be scheduled.

The pieces will be cleaned on the scheduled date, and any maintenance notes will be sent to the client along with a final invoice.
